摘  要:针对海洋石油161平台注水泵舱的高温问题,采用红外温度传感器、振动传感器、湿度传感器、红外摄像头、数据采集和环境控制终端等设备集成构建注水泵舱环境监测系统。配合监测系统硬件开发1套具有数据查看、数据分析、异常诊断、报警推送、智能控制等多项功能的软件系统对舱室通风系统进行升级改造,并通过环境监测系统实现了注水泵舱通风系统智能控制并加大了通风量。注水泵舱环境在线监测及高温治理系统整体运行稳定可靠,不仅改善了舱室环境,也提高了舱室设备运行的稳定性。Aiming at the high temperature problem of water injection pump cabin of HYSY 161 platform,infrared temperature sensors,vibration sensors,humidity sensors,infrared cameras,data acquisition and environmental control terminals and other equipment were used to integrate the environment monitoring system of water injection pump cabin. Combined with the monitoring system hardware, a set of software system with multiple functions such as data viewing, data analysis, anomaly diagnosis, alarm push and intelligent control was developed. The cabin ventilation system was upgraded and transformed to increase the ventilation volume,and the intelligent control of the ventilation system of the water injection pump cabin has been realized through the environment monitoring system. The on-line environment monitoring and high temperature control system of the water injection pump cabin operates stably and reliably as a whole,which not only improves the cabin environment,but also improves the operation stability of the cabin equipment.
