摘  要:为了研究饲养空间对昆明小鼠产仔数、子代成活数和体重的影响,随机选择32只合笼后的雌鼠平均分配在两种自主设计的鼠箱中,实验组鼠箱底面积为(10×20)cm^(2),对照组鼠箱底面积为(20×30)cm^(2)。记录雌鼠产仔数,每周记录成活仔鼠数和仔鼠体重至28日龄。在试验两水平下产仔数差异不显著(P>0.05);仔鼠成活数在21日龄和28日龄差异显著(P<0.05),在7日龄和14日龄差异不显著(P>0.05);仔鼠体重在21日龄和28日龄差异显著(P<0.05),在0、7、14日龄时差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果表明饲养空间会影响仔鼠成活数和体重,小的饲养空间在特定日龄时会造成仔鼠死亡数和体重增加。To study the effect of cage size on litter size,the offspring survival number and weight of KM mice,32 pregnant mice were randomly selected and equally distributed in two kinds of self-designed cages.The bottom area of the cage in the experimental group was 10×20 cm^(2),and that in the control group was 20×30 cm^(2).The litter size,the number of offspring and body weight were recorded every week up to the age of 28 days.The experiment showed no significant difference in litter size between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in survival number at 21-day-old and 28-day-old(P<0.05),but no significant difference at 7-day-old and 14-day-old(P>0.05).There was significant difference in weight at 21-day-old and 28-day-old(P<0.05),but no significant difference at other ages(P>0.05).The results showed that the survival number and body weight of offspring are affected by the cage size.The small cage without enough space will increase the death rate and body weight of offspring at a specific age.
