摘　　要：人类科技的快速发展,尤其是计算机的家庭化普及,极大地方便了现代化社会的生活,带来了一系列新兴的产业,使得整个社会生产与计算机和计算机技术形成了绑定。计算机网络管理的安全性已经成为维系社会生产安全的重大关键枢纽。需要全面把握计算机网络安全管理技术、创新技术,以实现对技术话语权的掌握,使社会高效运行。With the rapid development of human science and technology, especially the family popularization of computer, it greatly facilitates the life of modern society and brings a series of emerging industries, which makes the whole social production bound with computer and computer technology. The security of computer network management has become a major key hub to maintain social production security, need to comprehensively grasp the computer network security management technology and innovate technology, so as to realize the mastery of the right to speak of technology and make the society run efficiently.
