摘　　要：传统的职称评审工作以线下人工审核为主,服务范围小,工作环境较为固定。文章指出,随着现代化的互联网技术突飞猛进,为了充分利用网络技术的方便性和有效性,与当代科技发展的步伐保持一致,实现邮政系统员工职称申报流程的信息化,提升职称评审工作规范化管理水平,为建立统一公正、科学规范的评审流程提供技术支撑和后台保证,为集团公司开展职称信息统计、动态管理搭建平台。The traditional job title evaluation is mainly based on offline manual audit, with small service scope and fixed working environment. With the rapid development of modern Internet technology, in order to make full use of the convenience and effectiveness of network technology, keep pace with the development of modern science and technology, realize the informatization of post system staff title application process, improve the standardized management level of title evaluation, provide technical support and backstage guarantee for the establishment of a unified, fair, scientific and standardized evaluation process, and provide technical support for the centralized management league company to carry out title information statistics, dynamic management platform.
