摘  要:本文通过改良贝曼漏斗法分离收集进境荷兰百合种球及其介质土中携带的线虫,对江苏口岸首次截获的3种线虫进行检疫鉴定研究,以期为口岸进境花卉种球检疫监管提供参考。结果表明,经形态特征观察、显微测计及核糖体DNA28S D2/D3区序列分析,3种线虫分别为洞穴长尾线虫(Seinura caverna)、毁芽滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides blastophthorus)和燕麦真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus avenae),均为江苏口岸首次截获。目前,洞穴长尾线虫、毁芽滑刃线虫国内报道较少。In this paper, the nematodes from the imported lily bulbs and their medium soils were isolated and collected by the modified Baerman funnel method, and the quarantine and identification of three nematodes intercepted for the first time at Jiangsu port were studied, in order to provide references for the quarantine and supervision of imported flower bulbs. The results showed that the three nematodes were identified as Seinura caverna, Aphelenchoides blastophthorus and Aphelenchus avenae, respectively, by morphological characteristics observation, microscopic measurement and sequence analysis of rDNA 28S D2/D3, which were intercepted for the first time at Jiangsu port. At present, there are few reports for S. caverna and A. blastophthorus in China.
