摘　　要：本文阐述了策划与农业园区规划的概念,总结了策划的基本流程,并以唐河县凤凰岭乡村振兴示范区总体规划为例,按照策划流程进行项目策划,主要包括基础研究、项目定位、策划与概念性规划、专项策划、开发策略等方面内容,以期为提高农业园区规划的科学性和实用性提供参考。This paper expounded the concept of planning and agricultural park planning, summarized the basic process of planning, took the overall planning of Fenghuangling Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone in Tanghe County as an example, and carried out project planning according to the planning process, which mainly included basic research, project positioning, planning and conceptual planning, special planning, and development strategies, etc., in order to provide references for improving the scientificity and practicability of agricultural park planning.
