植物生长调节剂浸种和层积处理对花曲柳种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：为探究植物生长调节剂和层积处理对花曲柳种子萌发的影响,以未层积和经过层积处理(4周)后的花曲柳种子为材料,使用不同浓度(10^(-6)、10^(-5)、10^(-3)mol/L)的外源GA_(3)(赤霉素)、6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)、乙烯利和KT(激动素)溶液浸种24 h处理种子,以清水浸种24h为对照,比较经过不同处理后种子的萌发表现。结果表明,层积处理对于提高花曲柳种子的发芽力有明显促进作用,除10^(-3) mol/L的GA_(3)浸种处理可显著提高种子发芽指数和缩短平均发芽时间外,其他不同浓度和不同种类的植物生长调节剂浸种处理对于提高种子发芽力均无明显效果,因此播种前采用植物生长调节剂浸种对于提高花曲柳种子的萌发能力作用不大,低温层积处理促进种子萌发效果明显。To explore the effect of seed soaking with plant growth regulators and stratification treatment on seed germination of Fraxinus rhynchophylla,the seeds of Fraxinus rhynchophylla without stratification and after stratification treatment(4 weeks)were treated with GA_(3)(gibberellin),6-BA(6-Benzylaminopurine),ethephon and KT(kinetin)solution in different concentrations(10^(-6),10^(-5),10^(-3) mol/L)for 24 h,and the seeds were soaked in water for 24 hours as control.The germination performance of the seeds after different treatments was compared.The results showed that stratification treatment could significantly improve the germination ability of Fraxinus rhynchophylla seeds,except that GA_(3) treatment of 10^(-3) mol/L could significantly improve the germination index and shorten the average germination time,other treatments with different concentrations and different kinds of exogenous hormones had no significant effect on improving the germination ability of Fraxinus rhynchophylla seeds.Therefore,soaking seeds with exogenous hormones before sowing had little effect on improving the germination ability of Fraxinus rhynchophylla seeds,and low temperature stratification treatment had obvious effect on promoting seed germination.
