摘　　要：针对征地移民实物调查工作流程和调查数据内容的特点,基于Web Socket协议,在传统外业采集系统的基础上,实现了客户端和服务器端的双向通信,服务器端对提交的数据进行批示并将审批意见及时反馈到客户端,以满足征地移民实物调查质量把控的需要。用户之间可以相互建立通信网络,以便进行单聊和群聊,从而提高外业采集人员的工作效率。系统采用Jersey REST FUL开源框架,界面采用最接近原生APP体验的高性能前端MUI框架,主要包括外业采集、事件处理、收发消息、数据管理、系统消息等功能模块。该系统规范了移民信息采集过程,提高了数据质量和精度,提供了科学、高效的管理工具。Aiming at the characteristics of the physical survey work flow and survey data content of the land acquisition and resettlement,based on the Web Socket protocol,the two-way communication between the client and the server is realized on the basis of the traditional field collection system.Through feedback to the client to meet the quality control needs of land acquisition and resettlement physical surveys,users can establish communication networks with each other for single chat and group chat,to improve the efficiency of field collection staff.The system uses the Jersey REST FUL open source framework,and the interface uses the high-performance front-end MUI framework that is closest to the native APP experience.It mainly includes six major functional modules,such as field collection,event processing,sending and receiving messages,data management,and system messages,etc.The system standardizes the immigration information acquisition system,improves data quality and accuracy,and provides the scientific and efficient management tool.
