现浇箱梁模板支架施工工艺与技术研究

摘　　要：为促进现浇箱梁模板支架在公路桥梁建设中的应用,提升工程质量和安全系数,分析了现浇箱梁模板工艺,包括“底包侧”“侧包底”“顶压侧”“顶靠侧”工艺。对现浇箱梁支架的总体布置和搭设进行了分析,探讨了箱梁模板和支架模型的建立过程,提出了现浇箱梁起吊技术要点。应重视对支架及模板的质量把控,有效提高精准程度,为项目开展提供合理参考。In order to promote the application of highway bridge construction of cast-in-place box girder formwork support,and improve the project quality and safety factor,the study analyzes the cast-in-place box girder formwork support,including“bottom wrapping side”“side wrapping bottom”“top pressing side”“top leaning side”technology.The study analyzes the general arrangement and set of cast-in-place box girder formwork support,explores the establishment process of box beam form and support model,and proposes the key points of cast-in-place box girder crane technology.It is suggested to focus on the quality control of support and formwork,and effectively improve the accurate degree,to provide rational references for the project development.
