摘　　要：为提高建筑工程造价动态管理与控制质量,保障企业切身利益,进一步提高企业核心竞争力,指出了建筑工程造价动态管理与控制中的常见问题,包括造价管理手段不科学、工程基础管理不足、工程设计组织不合理、人员专业能力良莠不齐、施工合同存在大量变更等。提出了提高建筑工程造价动态管理与控制质量的有效策略:做好主合同管理,做好设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的造价动态管理与控制,提高造价管理人员的综合能力,通过控制设计变更,加大工程项目施工合同管理力度,细化各方职责与义务,提升建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制水平,为我国现代化建筑行业创新发展起到良好的促进作用。In order to improve the dynamic management and control quality of construction project costs,guarantee the vital interests of the enterprises,and further improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises,the study points out the common problems of the dynamic management and control of construction project costs,including the unscientificness of cost management means,insufficiency of project basic management,unreasonable project design organization,the lack of professional ability of some staff,and the great alteration of construction contract,etc.The effective strategies of the improvement of dynamic management and control quality of construction project costs are proposed,i.e.to do well in contact management,and the dynamic management and control of the costs in design,bidding,construction and completion stages,to improve the comprehensive ability of cost managers,and to strengthen the project construction contract management,in order to promote the innovation development of construction industry in China.
