新疆反恐实战人才“校局合作订单式”培养模式的思考--以中国人民公安大学经侦警务硕士培养实践为借鉴

摘　　要：针对当前新疆反恐工作形势,新疆反恐实战人才培养可借鉴“校局合作订单式”培养模式,通过反恐部门提供人才需求订单、警察学院和反恐部门签署合作培养协议、联合招录选拔优质生源、联合开展教学实训、联合争取入警政策优待等方式,合力培养实战型新疆反恐铁军、打造新疆公安王牌。In view of the current situation about anti-terrorism in Xinjiang,the Orders-oriented Mode through College-Bu⁃reau Cooperation could be adopted in Xinjiang anti-terrorism practical talents training.The anti-terrorism departments provide the talent orders.Then the police college and anti-terrorism departments sign the cooperative training agreements,jointly select high quality students,carry out practical training,try to obtain preferential employment policies for undergraduates,thus to train Xinji⁃ang anti-terrorism practical policemen and foster a“trump card”in Xinjiang police troops.
