摘　　要：自备药属于医院采购药品目录之外患者自带的药品,如何及时让患者自备药通过正常程序在医院内部安全使用,在管理上存在难度。规范患者自备药品使用,提高患者自备药管理水平,保障患者用药安全,是医疗机构需要迫切解决的问题。患者自备药审批程序、自备药采购需要持续优化、简化,使用时效性有待进一步改善。针对患者自备药品种多、增速快、管理难度大的特点,我院运用信息化管理技术改进患者自备药使用管理,保障自备药合理安全使用。Self-prepared drugs refer to patients'drugs that are not included in the hospital's procurement drug catalog.How to make the patients'self-prepared drugs be used safely in the hospital through normal procedures in a timely manner is difficult to manage.Regulating the use of patients'self-prepared drugs,improving the management level of patients'selfprepared drugs,and ensuring the safety of patients'medication are issues that medical institutions need to solve urgently.The examination and approval procedures of patients'self-prepared drugs and the purchase of self-prepared drugs need to be continuously optimized and simplified,and the timeliness of use needs to be further improved.Aiming at the characteristics of patients'self-prepared drugs with many varieties,rapid growth,and difficult management,our hospital used information management technology to improve the use and management of patients'self-prepared drugs to ensure the reasonable and safe use of self-prepared drugs.
