摘　　要：目的了解口服化疗癌症患者自我管理能力的现状及影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取2018年11月—2019年10月在某三甲肿瘤医院8个科室就诊的330名口服化疗癌症患者,采用一般情况调查问卷和口服化疗癌症患者自我管理能力评估量表对其进行调查。结果口服化疗癌症患者自我管理能力的总分为106.28±17.41分,得分最低的维度为症状管理维度和情绪认知维度。多重线性回归分析结果显示,性别、口服化疗疗程、学历、婚姻状况是口服化疗癌症患者自我管理能力的影响因素。结论医务人员应加强对男性、低学历、离异和口服化疗疗程较短的患者进行健康教育,特别是情绪认知管理和症状管理方面的教育,以保障患者的用药安全。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of self-management ability of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 330 cancer patients with oral chemotherapy who were treated in 8 departments of a tertiary cancer hospital from November 2018 to October 2019.The general situation questionnaire and the self-management ability assessment scale for cancer patients with oral chemotherapy were used to investigate.Results The total score of self-management ability of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy was 106.28±17.41,and the lowest scores were from the aspects of symptom management and emotional cognition.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,course of oral chemotherapy,education,and marital status were the influencing factors of self-management ability of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy.Conclusion Medical staffs should strengthen health education for patients who were male,with low education,divorced and with short course of oral chemotherapy,especially the education on emotional cognition management and symptom management,in order to ensure the safety of patients'medication.
