摘　　要：以数据库为基础,形成产品、生产经营范围、证件效期等一体化的动态资质监管。通过供应商平台实现医院和供应商双方信息互连互通,可以扫码1 秒完成耗材全信息入库,实现耗材到库跟踪。耗材使用后,项目收费数与库存减少数匹配联动进行的信息化库存管理模式,减少了工作人员的多重工作,监管科室耗材使用,避免浪费。优化供应链管理模式,实现全面证件资质监管,提升了工作效率,降低医院的资金占用成本。Based on the database, an integrated dynamic qualification supervision of products, production and operation scope,and certificate validity period was formed. Through the supplier platform, the information interconnection between thehospital and the supplier was realized, and the complete information storage of consumables was completed by scanning thecode in one second. The tracking of consumables to the warehouse was also realized. When the consumables were used, theinformation-based inventory management mode in which the project charges and the inventory reduction were matched andlinked reduced the multiple work of the staff, supervised the use of consumables in the department, and avoided waste. Itimproved work efficiency, and reduced the cost of capital occupation of hospitals by optimizing the supply chain managementmode and realizing comprehensive certificate qualification supervision.
