摘　　要：目的提升成分献血全过程记录和签名的完整性、规范性和可追溯性。方法通过信息系统实现成分献血全过程数字化记录及献血者和工作人员的电子签名系统构建,实现献血全过程数字化。结果数字化成分献血系统构建后献血记录中数据修改比例由3.93%下降到0.22%,工作人员漏签名率由1.90%下降到0.05%。结论电子签名和电子档案系统的构建实现了成分献血全过程数字化管理,有效提升了数据准确性、完整性,确保了成分献血全过程的规范性和可追溯性。Objective To improve the integrity,standardization and traceability of the whole process records and signatures of component blood donation.Methods Through the information system,the digital records of the whole process of blood donation and the construction of the electronic signature system of blood donors and staffs were realized,and the whole process of blood donation was digitized.Results After the construction of the digital component blood donation system,the proportion of data modification in blood donation records dropped from 3.93%to 0.22%,and the rate of missing signatures by staffs dropped from 1.90%to 0.05%.Conclusion The construction of electronic signature and electronic records system realized the digital management of the whole process of component blood donation,effectively improved the accuracy and integrity of data,and ensured the standardization and traceability of the whole process of component blood donation.
