摘　　要：新时代公立医院高质量发展是适应国家构建新发展格局、实现高质量发展的必然要求,其目的是更好地服务于人民的健康。公立医院高质量发展是一个系统工程,需要把握外部治理与内部治理,党的建设与医疗发展,医疗服务规模和资源拓展,医疗行风建设与业务发展等方面的关系。Achieving high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era is to better serve the health of the people,which makes it an inevitable requirement of building a new development pattern and achieving high-quality development.The high-quality development of public hospitals is a systematic project,which requires a good grasp of the relations between external governance and internal governance,party building and medical development,medical service scale and resource expansion,medical ethics construction and business development,etc.
