摘　　要：目的调查新冠肺炎疫情期间儿童输液室家长配合度现状并分析其影响因素。方法遴选2020年9月—2021年3月在儿童输液室首次进行输液治疗的患儿及其家长210例,采用一般调查问卷、改良版Venham临床焦虑和合作行为级别评定量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对其进行调查。结果210名儿童家长新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的总体配合率为73.33%。卡方检验结果表明其与儿童病情、家长文化程度、护士态度、就诊流程体验、家长焦虑情绪、儿童配合度6个因素相关(p<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果同样显示其与上述6个因素相关(p<0.05)。结论患儿及家长积极的个人预防意识与良好的防控行为配合度,可降低传播风险,是防控最为有效的手段之一,结合“互联网+”信息化防控、健康宣教等手段可有效提升家长配合度。Objective To investigate the current situation of parents'cooperation in children's infusion room during COVID-19 and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods From September 2020 to March 2021,210 children who received infusion for the first time in the children's infusion rooms were selected,and their parents were evaluated by general questionnaire,modified Venham Clinical Anxiety and Cooperative Behavior Rating Scale,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results The overall cooperation rate of the 210 children's parents was 73.33%.Chi-square test showed that the cooperation was correlated with children's illness condition,parents'educational level,nurses'attitude,process experience,parents'anxiety and children's cooperation(p<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis also showed the correlation with the above six factors(p<0.05).Conclusion The positive personal awareness of prevention and good cooperation with prevention and control measures of the children and their families can reduce the risk of transmission,which is one of the most effective means of epidemic prevention and control.Prevention and control with information method and health education can effectively improve the degree of parents'cooperation.
