摘　　要：近年来,国家从顶层设计角度,出台了一系列推进医院法律顾问制度建设的相关文件和规定,大型三甲公立医院在发展过程中面临越来越多的法律风险。以笔者所在的某大城市三级甲等公立专科医院为例,本文通过总结过去五年发生的非诉讼类和诉讼类法律事务,分析医院法律事务呈现出的特点与发展变化趋势,研究医院法律事务工作面临的问题与挑战,对未来医院法律事务工作的发展提出对策和建议。Big tertiary public hospitals are facing more and more legal risks in the process of development. Over the past few years,China has issued a series of documents and regulations to promote the development of legal counsel system in hospitals. Takinga tertiary public specialized hospital as an example, this paper summarized the litigant and non-litigant legal affairs of thehospital over the past five years, analyzed the characteristics, development trends, problems and challenges of the legal affairs,and thus put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the hospital's legal work in the future.
