摘　　要：在再造烟叶行业的实际生产中,再造烟叶的物料要求暂时放在特定的装置中,原先的贮柜因为人工投料等多种原因造成不能全封闭,但实际作业时会产生大量的烟草尘,烟草尘不仅会危害联合工房的生产环境,并且大容量的烟草尘容易造成严重的安全隐患。同时,烟草尘堆积在贮柜的末端,操作人员无法彻底清洁保养且难度相当大,贮柜的首末端又是清洁的死角,从而造成了机电设备维护保养不到位,也导致故障频繁发生等问题。因此,研究设计了一种结构更加合理、减少联合工房烟草尘的再造烟叶新型贮柜,从而彻底解决设备故障率高以及职业健康、作业环境安全等问题。In the actual production of reconstituted tobacco leaves in the tobacco industry,the raw materials of reconstituted tobacco leaves are required to be temporarily placed in a specific storage cabinet.The original storage cabinet cannot be fully closed due to manual feeding and other reasons,but a large amount of tobacco dust will be produced in the actual operation.Tobacco dust will not only harm the production environment of the combined workshop,Moreover;large amount of tobacco dust is easy to cause serious potential safety hazards.At the same time,tobacco dust accumulates at the end of the storage cabinet,which makes it difficult for operators to thoroughly clean and maintain.The head and end of the storage cabinet is a dead corner of cleaning,resulting in inadequate maintenance of electromechanical equipment and frequent failures.Therefore,a new type of reconstituted tobacco storage cabinet with more reasonable structure and reducing tobacco dust in the combined workshop is studied and designed,so as to completely solve the problems of high equipment failure rate,occupational health and working environment safety.
