摘　　要：加热炉是热轧生产线的第一道工艺,通过板坯库辐道和装料魏道,将连铸铸坯通过热送或板坯库存放的坯料,按照生产计划依次运送到炉前辐道,然后装钢机将坯料装进炉内。通过步进梁的上升、前进、下降、后退的步进动作把炉内板坯移送到出料端,待坯料加热到适合的轧制温度后,出钢机将坯料取出放在出料辐道上,由辐道运送到轧线进行轧制。Heating furnace is the first process of hot rolling production line.Through the slab warehouse roller table and charging roller table,the billets stored in the hot delivery or slab warehouse are transported to the roller table in front of the furnace in turn according to the production plan,and then the steel loader loads the billets into the furnace;the billet is moved to the discharge side step by step through the actions of rising,advancing,falling and retreating of the stepping machine.After the billet is heated to the appropriate rolling temperature,the tapping machine takes out the billet and puts it on the discharge roller table,which is transported to the rolling line for rolling.
