摘 要:现代炼钢工艺依靠副枪测量来判断和调节转炉熔剂添加量以及吹氧量,副枪在取样检测时需要对金属枪的位置进行控制,以完成下枪、插入取样、提枪等一系列动作。转炉副枪在取样中的各种动作的实现全部由副枪系统基础自动化测控装置予以实现,由人机交互操作进行控制,极大地提高了转炉炼钢的自动化水平,改善了人员工作环境。本文对转炉副枪自动化控制系统的设计与应用进行了探讨。Modern steelmaking technology relies on sub-lance measurement to judge and adjust the amount of flux added to the converter and the amount of oxygen blowing.The secondary gun mainly needs to control the position of the metal gun during sampling and testing to complete a series of actions such as dropping the gun,inserting the sampling,and lifting the gun.The realization of the various actions of the converter sub-lance in sampling are all realized by the sublance system basic automatic measurement and control device,which is controlled by human-computer interaction,which greatly improves the automation level of converter steelmaking and improves the working environment of personnel.This article discusses the design and application of the automatic control system of the converter sub-gun.
