海为云组态软件和PLC在污水处理控制系统中的应用

摘　　要：结合某污水处理厂工艺,应用海为云组态软件、海为可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)、工业光纤环网交换机及网络通信等技术,对该厂污水处理系统各环节进行自动控制。阐述了污水处理系统的作用、工艺流程,重点对海为PLC和海为云组态软件在自动控制系统中的作用与应用进行了分析。此系统具有良好的开放性、可扩展性、高性能及低成本等特点,实现了数据的集中管理、系统控制、故障检测等多方面功能。Combined with the technology of a sewage treatment plant,Haiwell cloud configuration software,Haiwell Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),industrial optical fiber ring network switch and network communication technologies are applied to the sewage treatment system of the plant.Links are automatically controlled.The function and technological process of the sewage treatment system are expounded,and the function and application of Haiwell PLC and Haiwell cloud configuration software in the automatic control system are mainly analyzed.The system has the characteristics of good openness,expansibility,high performance and low cost,and realizes the various functions such as centralized data management,system control,and fault detection.
