摘  要:简要分析了本钢北营小块焦回收入炉的必要性,重点阐述了小块焦回收入炉工艺改造的措施。通过采取对焦化筛分系统进行改造、小高炉配加小块焦、调整高炉筛板规格、加强高炉焦筛的管理等措施,基本实现了10~25 mm小块焦的回收利用。小块焦入炉比例提高后,透气性较之前有明显降低,通过及时调整高炉操作制度,实现了高炉炉况长期稳定顺行,高炉燃料比有明显的降低。2019年小高炉、大高炉全年平均燃料比分别为555.7kg/t、552.9kg/t,比2018年分别下降7.7 kg/t、18.8 kg/t。It is analyzed and expounded the necessity of recycling small coke in Beiying Steel,especially the corresponding technical modification measures.By revamping coke screening system,mixing some small coke in the stocks for small BF,changing the screen plate size,and enhancing the management of coke screening,small cokes sized 10-25mm get recycled.Along with increase of small coke amount charged into furnace,the permeability inside the furnace decreases significantly;and timely adjustment of the blast furnace operating system enables BF run stably and smoothly for a long time,accompanied by dropping of the fuel rate.In 2019,the annual average fuel rate of small-sized blast furnaces and large-sized blast furnaces declines respectively to 555.7 kg/t and 552.9 kg/t,decreasing by 7.7 kg/t and 18.8 kg/t as compared with that in 2018.
