摘 要:对太钢5号高炉炉况波动的原因及应对措施进行了总结分析。认为5号高炉炉况波动的原因主要是原燃料的波动、上部装料制度不适宜、下部调剂不及时,以及两铁口对角出铁,炉缸活跃性差等。为此,通过采取建立原燃料预警机制、中心加焦技术、优化操作管理、炉前实行均匀出铁等一系列措施,使得炉缸活跃性增强,炉内煤气流分布向好,炉况逐渐恢复正常,高炉顺行、增产的目标得以实现,并取得了较好的技术经济指标。The causes and countermeasures for fluctuation of TISCO No.5 BF operation status are summarized and analyzed.It is believed that the furnace status fluctuates mainly because of variation of raw materials and fuel quality,improper charging system,undue blasting conditioning,and insufficient activity of the hearth portion in diagonal with two tapholes.To cope with this problem,a series of measures are taken,including establishing early warning mechanism for raw material and fuel quality,central coke charging,optimizing operation management,and homogenizing tapping of two tapholes;as a result,the activity of the hearth is enhanced,the gas flowing in the furnace trends better,and the furnace status gradually becomes normal.We now see smooth running of the furnace,increase of production output,and better techno-economic indicators.
