摘 要:涟钢8号高炉开炉后,上部布料基本模式为矿焦同角布料,矿石始终都是布在炉墙边沿,无法解决因矿石粒级分布差异大所带来的边沿气流不均匀问题,煤气利用率长期处于43%以内,燃料比530kg/t以上。2018年6月,采用矿焦独立角度布料模式,以“疏导边沿,收拢中心”为操作方向,在稳定疏导边沿气流的同时,中心焦比例由28%~30%降低至18%-22%,煤气利用率大幅提高,高炉利用系数、燃料比等主要技术经济指标明显改善。After blowing on,Lianyuan Steel No.8 BF takes the same ore and coke distribution angle its basic mode.The ore was always distributed on the edge of the furnace wall,which could not prevent the problem of uneven gas flow at the furnace edge due to great difference in distribution of different sizes of ores.The gas utilization rate kept within 43%for a long time,and the fuel rate remained above 530kg/t.In June 2018,we adopt different distribution angles for the ore and coke to stabilize and smoothen the gas flow at furnace edge,and reduce the percentage of coke charged in the furnace center from 28%~30%to 18%~22%.The utilization rate of gas then improves greatly,and the main techno-economic indicators,such as BF productivity and fuel rate optimize significantly.
