摘　　要：目的探讨城市空巢老年高血压患者心理健康状况与生活质量的相关性。方法将100例城市空巢老年高血压患者设为研究组,98例非空巢老年高血压患者设为对照组。比较两组症状自评量表及健康调查简表评分,分析城市空巢老年高血压患者心理健康状况与生活质量的相关性。结果研究组症状自评量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),健康调查简表各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。城市空巢老年高血压患者症状自评量表抑郁、躯体化、强迫、焦虑评分与健康调查简表精神健康、生理功能评分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论城市空巢老年高血压患者心理健康状况与生活质量较差,心理健康状况与生活质量存在一定程度的相关性,应关注空巢老年高血压患者的心理健康状况,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the correlation between mental health status and quality of life of elderly empty-nest patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 elderly empty-nest patients with hypertension were selected as the observation group,and 98 elderly non-empty nest patients with hypertension were included as the control group.The symptom check list 90(SCL-90) and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36) scores of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between mental health status and quality of life of elderly empty-nest patients with hypertension was analyzed.Results The scores of all dimensions of SCL-90 in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the scores of all dimensions of SF-36 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of depression,somatization,compulsion and anxiety in SCL-90 of elderly empty-nest patients with hypertension were significantly negatively correlated with the scores of mental health and physiological function in SF-36(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental health status and quality of life of elderly empty-nest patients with hypertension are poor,there is a certain degree of correlation between mental health status and quality of life.In this regard,we should pay attention to the mental health status of elderly empty-nest patients with hypertension,and improve their quality of life.
