摘  要:针对数控机床主轴温度采集装置目前匮乏的现状,该文设计了基于PT100与STC89C52RC的数控机床主轴温度采集系统。首先通过热电阻式传感器PT100捕捉主轴的温度变化,检测值通过测温电路传输至模量转换芯片,芯片将生成的数字信号传输至单片机,随后通过液晶显示器LCD1602显示出来,同时单片机也将接受到的数字信号发送至外部存储芯片,在数据采集结束后可以通过串口通信将存储的数据传输至PC端进行进一步分析。该系统结构简单、成本低廉,且在仿真与实践测试中能够稳定运行,测量精准,具有较大的实践意义以及推广价值。Aiming at the current lack of CNC machine tool spindle temperature collection devices,this paper designs a CNC machine tool spindle temperature collection system based on PT100 and STC89C52RC.First,the temperature change of the spindle is captured by the thermal resistance sensor PT100,and the detected value is transmitted to the modulus conversion chip through the temperature measurement circuit.The chip transmits the generated digital signal to the single-chip microcomputer,and then displays it through the liquid crystal display LCD1602,and the single-chip microcomputer will also receive it.The digital signal is sent to the external storage chip,and the stored data can be transmitted to the PC for further analysis after the data collection is completed.The system has simple structure,low cost,stable operation in simulation and practical test,accurate measurement,and has great practical significance and promotion value.
