关于完整性测试仪流量校准的探讨

摘　　要：完整性测试仪主要运用于滤芯或者过滤材质的完整性测试,滤芯或者过滤材质的完整性直接影响过滤工艺的安全性,进而影响用户的人身安全。目前来说,完整性测试仪流量方面的量值溯源在国内是暂显空白的,本文结合仪器的特点以及相关的技术依据,使用活塞式流量标准装置对完整性测试仪流量的校准进行了相关的尝试以及进一步的探讨。Integrity Tester is mainly used to test the integrity of filter element or filter material.The integrity of filter element or filter material directly affects the safety of filter process,and then affects the personal safety of users.At present,the quantity traceability of the flow of Integrity Tester is blank in our country.Based on the characteristics of the instrument and the related technical basis,this paper uses the Piston flow standard device to calibrate the flow rate of the Integrity Tester.
