摘　　要：根据实际案例分析MAN B&W MC主机换向故障的形成原因及造成的主机换向故障对机器产生过大的热负荷和机械负荷及对机器造成不可挽回的机器设备损伤;换向的故障及管理要点。According to the actual case,this paper analyzes the causes of the commutation fault of man B & W MC main engine and the excessive thermal load and mechanical load caused by the commutation fault of the main engine,as well as the irreparable damage to the machine and equipment;Faults of commutation and key points of management.
