摘 要:根据磨粒Spike参数的思想,提出了spike-angle参数和spike-angle图的概念,以及基于spike-angle图的磨粒形状特征提取方法。首先计算磨粒的所有轮廓点在不同步长时的spike-angle参数,得到磨粒的spike-angle图,spike-angle图的行反映了磨粒轮廓的整体特征,spike-angle图的列反映了磨粒轮廓的局部特征;然后对spike-angle图的行和列分别进行傅里叶变换,并对傅里叶变换系数幅值进行归一化处理;最后每一阶归一化的傅里叶变换系数幅值进行直方图统计,以归一化的整体直方图特征和局部直方图特征作为磨粒的形状特征。论文提出的磨粒形状特征提取方法充分利用了磨粒形状的整体信息、局部信息和多尺度信息,并且具有平移、尺度和旋转不变性。磨粒类型识别实验结果表明,所提的方法能够有效地用于磨粒类型识别。According to the idea of wear particle Spike parameter,the concept of spike-angle parameter and spike-angle image,and the wear particle image shape feature extraction method based on spike-angle image are proposed.Firstly,by calculating the spike-angle parameter of all the wear particle contour points at different step size,the spike-angle image can be acquired.The row of the spike-angle image reflects the global feature of wear particle contour,and the column of spike-angle image reflects the local feature of wear particle contour.Then,Fourier transform is applied to the rows and columns of spike-angle image,and the Fourier transform coefficients magnitude are normalized.At last,the statistic histograms are calculated of each order normalized Fourier coefficients magnitude,and the normalized global histogram feature and local histogram feature are used as the wear particle shape feature.The proposed wear particle shape feature extraction method makes full use of the global information,local information and multiscale information of wear particle shape,and has translation invariance,scale invariance,and rotation invariance.The experiment shows that the method proposed can be used effectively for wear particle recognition.
