摘  要:基于充填开采岩层移动特征与实际采场中的8种典型覆岩载荷形式,建立了四柱充填采煤液压支架顶梁的平衡方程,分析了不同覆岩载荷形式下立柱的受力状态,结合工程实测确定支架顶梁最优载荷形式为二次曲线;构建了充填采煤液压支架与充填体协同控顶的力学方程;分析了直接顶位态的主要影响因素,揭示了固体充填开采直接顶位态控制机制,即充填体弹性地基系数、支架初撑力、载荷集度是控制顶板下沉的主要因子;控顶长度、充填体长度对顶板整体位态影响较小,并基于此提出了直接顶位态精确控制方法.唐山某矿井工程实践表明:充填体弹性地基系数为1.8×10^(8)N/m^(3),直接顶最大下沉315 mm,充实率控制在91.5%,在致密充填下直接顶被控制为整体弯曲状态,控顶效果显著.Based on the overlying strata movement characters of backfill mining and 8 typical overlying strata load forms in the actual stope,the equilibrium equation of backfill hydraulic support(four-column type)roof canopy was established.The column stress state under different overlying strata load forms and in-situ measurement data was analyzed.Combined with engineering measurement,it is determined that the optimal load form of the support top beam is the quadratic curve.The mechanical equation of backfill hydraulic support and filling body cooperative control of immediate roof movement was deduced.After that the main influencing factors of immediate roof movement were also analyzed,revealing the immediate roof control mechanism in the solid backfill mining method.The elastic foundation coefficient of the filling body,the initial support force of hydraulic support,and the load concentration were main factors to control the roof subsidence.The length of roof control and filling body had little influence on overall roof movement,and based on this,the precise control method of direct roof position was proposed.The engineering case of Tangshan Coal Mine shows that the elastic foundation coefficient of the filling body is 1.8×10^(8)N/m^(3),the maximum movement of the immediate roof is 315 mm,and the backfill ratio is 91.5%.The immediate roof is controlled as overall bending state under the dense filling,and the roof control effect is remarkable.
