摘  要:钛白废液是一种含有大量铁离子的酸性废液,具有重要的回收利用价值。以钛白废液为原料,通过加入草酸钠制备草酸亚铁。分析了草酸钠用量、反应温度、搅拌强度和反应时间对铁沉淀率的影响,并通过XRD和SEM-EDS对沉淀产物进行物相及微观组织分析。结果表明:在钛白废液体积为50 mL,温度为20℃,草酸钠用量为12 g,搅拌强度为300 r/min和搅拌时间为30 min的优化条件下,钛白废液中铁沉淀率大于82%,所得沉淀物为纯度大于98%的二水草酸亚铁颗粒状晶体。该研究提供了一种酸性溶液体系中铁资源高效回收的方法。Titanium dioxide waste water is a kind of acidic waste water containing a lot of iron ions, which has important recovery value.Using titanium dioxide waste water as raw material, ferrous oxalate was prepared by adding sodium oxalate.The effects of sodium oxalate dosage, reaction temperature, stirring strength and reaction time on the precipitation rate of iron were analyzed.The phase and microstructure of the precipitated products were analyzed by XRD and SEM-EDS.The results show that the precipitation rate of iron is more than 82% under the optimized conditions of titanium dioxide waste water volume of 50 mL,temperature of 20 ℃,sodium oxalate dosage of 12 g, stirring strength of 300 r/min and reaction time of 30 min, and the precipitate is the granular crystal of ferrous oxalate dihydrate with a purity of more than 98%.This study provides a method for efficient recovery of iron resources in acidic solution system.
