摘  要:分别采用ZLT15牌号合金(WC-20%TiC-13%Co)和传统YG6X牌号合金(WC-6%Co)两种材质研磨体球磨混合料,并在其他工艺条件相同的情况下制备了WC-6%Co硬质合金试样。通过检测合金试样的矫顽磁力、比饱和磁化强度、横向断裂强度、维氏硬度和断裂韧性,分析其金相组织及WC晶粒度分布,并采用SEM-EDS分析粘结相成分,对比研究了研磨体材质对WC-6%Co硬质合金显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,相比传统的YG6X牌号合金研磨体,轻质ZLT15牌号合金研磨体在球磨混合料过程中对粉末的冲击作用更小,研磨强度更低,降低了粉末的加工畸变、亚晶缺陷密度和化学活性,减小了烧结时的晶粒长大驱动力,最终制得的硬质合金组织更均匀、性能更好。Two kinds of grinding bodies, made with ZLT15 grade alloy(WC-20%TiC-13%Co) and traditional YG6 X grade alloy(WC-6%Co),were respectively used for ball milling of the mixture, and WC-6%Co cemented carbide samples were prepared under the same other process conditions.By testing coercive force, specific saturation magnetization, transverse rupture strength, Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the alloy samples, analyzing metallographic microstructure and WC grain size distribution, and analyzing composition of the binder phase by SEM-EDS,the influence of grinding body material on microstructure and properties of WC-6%Co cemented carbide was comparatively studied.The results show that compared with the traditional YG6 X grade alloy grinding body, the lightweight ZLT15 grade alloy grinding body has less impact on the powder during ball milling of the mixture and lower grinding strength, which reduces processing distortion, sub-crystalline defect density and chemical activity of the powder, and decreases the driving force of grain growth during sintering.finally, the cemented carbide obtained with ZLT15 grade alloy grinding body has more uniform microstructure and better properties.
