摘  要:以1台超超临界垂直管圈内螺纹水冷壁电站锅炉水冷壁管超温和波动问题为研究对象,通过对INFIT协调控制系统控制策略进行优化。机组INFIT协调控制系统控制策略优化前后测试表明,该控制策略在水冷壁壁温波动的抑制有一定的效果,进而增强锅炉运行的稳定性和安全性。Taking the ultra temperature fluctuation of water wall tubes of an ultra supercritical vertical tube coil internally threaded water wall utility boiler as the research object,the control strategy of infit coordinated control system is optimized.The tests before and after the optimization of the control strategy of the unit infit coordinated control system show that the control strategy has a certain effect on restraining the fluctuation of water wall temperature,so as to enhance the stability and safety of boiler operation.
