摘　　要：基本建设项目是保证农业科研单位发展的基础。基建档案作为项目最全面的历史记载能真实有效地反映项目的全过程,昭示着科研单位的发展方向,是对日后其他项目进行施工、管理、以及维护、改造的重要依据。本文阐述了农业科研单位基建档案管理工作的内容和主要特点,就基建档案管理存在问题进行了分析,提出了科学收集管理基建档案建议。Capital construction projects are the basic condition to ensure the development of agricultural research institution.As the straightest and truest records;the capital construction archives are the important basis of capital construction project construction,management,supervision,audit,acceptance,maintenance and transformation.This paper mainly expounds the contents and main features of capital construction archives management in agricultural research institutions,analyzes the problems of capital construction archives management;and make some suggestions on scientific collection and management of capital construction archives.
