民航中南地区宽带数据网监控程序设计与实现

摘  要:当前,随着空管行业信息化程度的不断提升,除了传统的空管实时语音窄带网,对于宽带数据网也提出了越来越高的要求。中南地区承载宽带业务的宽带数据网将是其重要的组成部分,计划采用MPLS VPN技术承载民航综合业务(宽带业务)的接入,初期分配给IP承载网的带宽占全网总带宽的50%左右。由于空管业务的重要性和特殊性,对于网络中传输业务的稳定性和可靠性有着极高的要求,对于空管技术人员,在传输业务中断时能够第一时间发现,并按照应急预案第一时间进行正确处置,是空管保障的必然要求。本文介绍MPLSVPN技术概况,探讨在这一新技术的框架下,实现对中南地区民航宽带数据网的全面监控,希望对提升安全保障能力有所裨益。With the continuous improvement of the informatization degree of ATC industry at present,in addition to the traditional ATC real-time voice narrowband network,higher and higher requirements are put forward for broadband data network.The broadband data network carrying broadband services in central and southern China will be an important part of it.It is planned to use MPLS VPN technology to carry civil aviation comprehensive services.For the access of(broadband service),the bandwidth allocated to the IP Bearer Network at the initial stage accounts for about 50%of the total bandwidth of the whole network.Due to the importance and particularity of the air traffic control service,there are high requirements for the stability and reliability of the transmission service in the network.For the air traffic control technicians,they can find out at the first time when the transmission service is interrupted and deal with it correctly at the first time according to the emergency plan,is the inevitable requirement of air traffic control guarantee.This paper first introduces the general situation of MPLS VPN technology,and then discusses how to realize the comprehensive monitoring of civil aviation broadband data network in central and southern China under the framework of this new technology,hoping to be beneficial to improving the security capability.
