摘  要:通过化学氧化法制备了聚(吡咯-间甲苯胺)。使用SEM和FTIR对聚(吡咯-间甲苯胺)的形貌和组成进行了表征。使用聚(吡咯-间甲苯胺)对环氧树脂进行改性,并研究了改性后的复合涂料对Q235碳钢耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,改性涂层的耐腐蚀性明显优于未改性涂层。当吡咯与间甲苯胺体积比为1︰2时,改性涂层的腐蚀电流密度最小为1.0304×10(-7)mA/cm^(2),交流阻抗最大,结合力达到0级标准,改性后的复合涂料耐蚀性最好,对环氧涂层起到了积极的抑制作用。Poly(pyrrole-m-toluidine) were Synthesized by chemical oxidation.The morphologies and components of the poly(pyrrole-m-toluidine) were characterized by SEM and FTIR.Epoxy resin coating was modified by the poly(pyrrole-m-toluidine),and the corrosion protection of the modified composite coating to Q235 carbon steel was studied.The results showed that the modified coating is obviously higher than unmodified that.When the volume ratio of pyrrole and m-toluidine is 1︰2,the modified coating is 1.0304×10^(-7)m A/cm(2),the AC impedance of the coating was the largest,and the binding force reaches the level 0 standard.The modified composite coating has the best corrosion resistance,which has a positive inhibition effect on the epoxy coating.
