摘  要:利用MAH和DCP接枝改性PP,再加入一定比例的木粉、助剂制得PP基木塑复合材料。通过对比KH550共混改性PP基木塑复合材料、纯PP材料在经过2400 h紫外光加速老化试验后的吸水性能、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度。结果显示:MAH接枝改性PP的WPS吸水率、吸水厚度膨胀率比纯PP材料更大。老化前后MAH接枝改性PP的WPS拉伸强度保持率为68.24%,弯曲强度保持率为65.70%,冲击强度保持率为59.77%;而共混改性PP基木塑复合材料则分别是54.02%、53.25%、29.35%。在老化初期,MAH接枝改性PP的WPS力学强度保持率比较高,老化后期的下降比较平缓。PP wood plastic composites were prepared by grafting PP with MAH and DCP and adding a certain proportion of wood powder and additives. By comparing the water absorption, tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of KH550 blend modified PP matrix wood plastic composite and pure PP after 2400 h UV aging test. The results showed that the water absorption and thickness expansion of MAH grafted PP were greater than those of pure PP. Before and after aging, the tensile strength retention rate of MAH grafted PP was 68.24 %, the flexural strength retention rate was 65.70 %, and the impact strength retention rate was 59.77 %;The blending modified PP based wood plastic composites were 54.02 %, 53.25 % and 29.35 % respectively. In the early stage of aging, the mechanical strength retention of MAH grafted PP was relatively high, and the decline was relatively gentle in the later stage of aging.
