摘 要:聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)是四氟乙烯(TFE)与六氟丙烯(HFP)的共聚物,其性能与PTFE及其相似。因此,本课题采用熔融纺丝拉伸界面致孔技术制备了FEP中空纤维膜,随后采用磁控溅射技术在已制得的FEP中空纤维膜表面真空镀铜,进一步改善其表面疏水性,通过调控磁控溅射时间,进而研究金属镀层对FEP中空纤维膜表面微孔修饰作用。最后通过膜乳化实验对其乳化效果进行表征。Poly(tetrafluoroethylene-co-hexafluoropropylene)(FEP) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene(TFE) and hexafluoropropylene(HFP), and its properties are similar to PTFE. Therefore, this paper adopts melt spinning stretching to fabricate the FEP hollow fiber membrane, and then the magnetron sputtering technology on the surface of the FEP hollow fiber membrane that has made the vacuum plating copper, further improve its surface hydrophobicity, through regulating the magnetron sputtering time, metal coating and research of FEP microporous hollow fiber membrane surface modification effect. Finally, the emulsification effect was characterized by membrane emulsification experiment.
