摘  要:野甘草是一种常见的天然药物,但是我国对其研究和开发利用较少。本文用野甘草的水提物和乙醇提物对肠道菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、地衣芽孢杆菌等细菌进行生物活性实验。用水和乙醇对野甘草进行冷凝回流提取其中的活性物质,水提物和乙醇提物保存于-20℃冰箱中。利用纸片扩散法,设置了空白对照组,对培养筛选的金黄色葡萄球菌等进行微生物学实验,观察细菌的长势,从而可以初步得出野甘草水提物和乙醇提物的最小抑菌浓度范围。之后用试管两倍稀释法按比例作浓度梯度,加入菌液放入培养箱培养,并间隔一段时间测OD值绘制生长曲线图,得到最小抑菌浓度。将菌液接到l b固体培养基中培养后观察菌落数量,可以得到最小杀菌浓度。Wild licorice is a common natural drug,however, China has less research, development and utilization.In this paper, bioactivity experiments on intestinal bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria with water extract and ethanol extract from wild licorice. The active substances were extracted with water and ethanol, and the water and ethanol extracts were stored in the-20 ℃ refrigerator, using the paper sheet diffusion method, a blank control group was set up to conduct microbiology experiments on the selected Staphylococcus aureus to observe the growth of bacteria, so that the minimum antibacterial concentration range of wild licorice water extract and ethanol extract can be preliminarily obtained. Then double dilution was proportional as the concentration gradient, bacterial broth was added to the incubator for culture, and the growth curve was drawn by measuring OD value at a time interval, so that the minimum antibacterial concentration was obtained. Besides, a minimum bactericidal concentration was obtained by observing the number of colonies after receiving the solution to lb solid medium.
