摘 要:某整车厂涂装综合污水处理站的臭气治理工程处理规模为22000 m3/h,针对其臭气产生点多、浓度变化大等特点,对臭源进行加罩收集,采用碱洗喷淋+UV光解的组合工艺进行臭气治理。结果显示,该组合工艺处理效率高、效果稳定,对硫化氢、氨气、臭气浓度的去除率均达到95%以上,处理后排放的气体满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)和北京市《大气污染物综合排放标准》(DB11501-2017)中的排放要求。可为同类臭气治理工程设计和实施提供参考。The odor treatment project of the coating sewage treatment station of a vehicle factory has a treatment capacity of 22000 m3/h. According to the characteristics of many odor generation points and large concentration change, the odor source is covered and collected, and the combined process of alkali washing and UV photolysis is used to control the odor. The results show that the combined process has high treatment efficiency and stable effect, the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and odor concentration reaches more than 95 %, and the gas discharged after treatment meets the emission requirements in The Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants(GB14554-1993) and Beijing The Emission Standard of Air Pollutants(DB11501-2017). It can provide reference for the design and implementation of similar odor control projects.
