摘 要:根据电镀项目产生的废水水质水量的特点,设计采用“分类处理+二段缺氧+二段接触氧化+PACT+臭氧+生物滤池”等相结合的工艺处理电镀废水。工程稳定运行后,处理系统出水的总镍、六价铬和总铬质量浓度分别低至0.1 mg/L、0.5 mg/L和0.1 mg/L,去除效率在99%以上;再经过生物化学的深度处理之后,其最终出水明显优于《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)中表3标准,达到当地尾水排放水质要求,且系统运行稳定,自动化程度高,能真正处理电镀废水,以防止其污染环境。Based on the characteristics of water quantity of electroplating wastewater, “classification treatment + two-stage hypoxia + two-stage biological contact oxidation + PACT + ozonation + biological aerated filter” evaporation crystallization technology were adopted to treat electroplating wastewater. After the stable operation of the project, the mass concentration of total Ni, Cr6+, and total Cr in the treated effluent was 0.1 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L, respectively. The removal efficiency is above 99 %. The water quality was obviously better than the table 3 standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for electroplating(GB21900-2008), which met the requirements of local tail water discharge quality. Moreover, the system showed the characteristics of stable running and high degree of automation, and it can truly achieve zero emissions of electroplating wastewater.
