摘  要:本研究通过盐酸调节飞灰水洗预处理体系的p H值,将飞灰中的钙大量洗脱,在保证重金属浸出量极少的情况下使飞灰极致减量,减少后续无害化、资源化的处理量,同时,洗涤液为富含氯化钙的溶液体系,通过蒸发结晶可制得氯化钙盐产品。结果表明,加盐酸调节至pH=9时,钙的洗脱率为83.54%,飞灰减量62.66%,后续经水洗除盐后飞灰中氯的去除率为93.90%,飞灰减量可达65%及以上。强化预处理过程中重金属Cd浸出量为25.94 mg/L,Cu为7.80 mg/L,Pb为1.39 mg/L,其余重金属浸出量低于0.04 mg/L。In this study, hydrochloric acid was used to adjust the pH value of the fly ash washing pretreatment system, and the calcium in the fly ash was eluted in a large amount. minimize the amount of fly ash while ensuring that the amount of heavy metal leaching is extremely small, reduce the amount of subsequent harmlessness and resource processing. Simultaneously, the washing liquid is a solution system rich in calcium chloride, and calcium chloride salt products can be obtained through evaporation and crystallization. The results showed that when hydrochloric acid was added to adjust pH=9, the elution rate of calcium was 83.54 %,and the fly ash reduction was 62.66 %. After subsequent washing and desalination, the removal rate of chlorine in the fly ash is 93.90 %, and the fly ash reduction can reach 65 % and above. During the enhanced pretreatment process, the leaching amount of heavy metal Cd is 25.94 mg/L, Cu is 7.80 mg/L, Pb is 1.39 mg/L, and the leaching amount of other heavy metals is less than 0.04 mg/L.
