摘 要:青海察尔汗盐湖位于青海格尔木柴达木盆地,是目前我国最大的盐湖,其中卤水矿产资源非常丰富,资源总储量在六百亿吨以上。目前察尔汗盐湖周边已经建立了多家大型钾肥生产企业,而提钾后的尾矿即老卤资源非常丰富,老卤中蕴含了大量的钠、镁、锂、硼、溴等各种盐类资源,如果排放不综合回收,不仅造成资源的浪费、也造成环境污染。本文通过对察尔汗盐湖老卤资源进行分析总结,结合资源综合开发,探索老卤资源综合开发方案,梯度提取高强石膏,碳酸锂,溴素和硼酸产品,为盐湖资源的综合利用提供参考。Chaerhan Salt Lake in Qinghai is located in Qaidam Basin in Golmud, Qinghai. It is the largest salt lake in China at present. Among them, brine mineral resources are very rich, and the total resource reserves are more than 60 billion tons. At present, many large-scale potash fertilizer production enterprises have been established around Chaerhan Salt Lake, and the tailings after potassium extraction, that is, the old brine resources, are very rich. The old brine contains a large amount of sodium, magnesium, lithium, boron, bromine and other salt resources. If the discharge is not comprehensively recycled, it will not only waste resources, but also cause environmental pollution. By analyzing and summarizing the old brine resources of Chaerhan Salt Lake, combined with the comprehensive development of resources, this paper explores the comprehensive development scheme of old brine resources, and gradient extracts high-strength gypsum, lithium carbonate, bromine and boric acid products, so as to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of salt lake resources.
