摘 要:目的:研究3种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)对嗜热四膜虫的生长抑制作用及抗氧化酶活力的影响。方法:将嗜热四膜虫分别暴露于不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP),30℃暴露24 h后,分别测定光密度(OD)值,以及四膜虫超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活力和还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果:在测试浓度范围内,DEHP能够刺激嗜热四膜虫的生长;DBP在低浓度时刺激嗜热四膜虫的生长,但随着暴露浓度增加表现出浓度依赖性生长抑制;DMP在测试浓度下对嗜热四膜虫均产生生长抑制作用。环境相关浓度水平下,3种PAEs均能够诱导嗜热四膜虫产生氧化应激,水生生物长期处于应激状态可能对其生理机能产生不利影响。Objective to study the growth inhibition and antioxidant enzyme activity of the three phthalates(PAEs) on Tetrahymena thermophila. Methods Tetrahymena thermophile were exposed respectively dioctyl phthalate(DEHP), dibutyl phthalate(DBP) and dimethyl phthalate(DMP) at different concentrations.After exposure at 30 ℃ for 24 hours, the optical density(OD), activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GPX) and glutathione S-transferase(GST), and content of reduced glutathione(GSH) were measuredactivity and. Results Within the test concentration range, DEHP could stimulate the growth of Tetrahymena thermophila;However, DBP stimulated the growth of Tetrahymena thermophila at the lower concentrations, concentration dependently inhibited that at the higher concentrations;DMP exhibited growth inhibition for Tetrahymena thermophila at all the test concentrations. At environmentally relevant concentrations,the three PAEs can induce oxidative stress in Tetrahymena thermophila. Long-term stress in aquatic organisms may have adverse effects on their physiologies.
