摘 要:香豆素类代表药物华法林作为抗凝剂在临床中一直被广泛使用。但由于其治疗窗口狭窄,需要经常监测服用者的血药浓度,给患者的使用带来了很大不便。作用效果更好,副作用更少的新型香豆素抗凝剂的研发已经成为研究的热点。本文综述了香豆素类化合物作为抗凝剂的最新研究进展,并对香豆素类抗凝剂未来的发展进行了展望。Warfarin, the representative drug of coumarins, has been widely used in clinic as an anticoagulant. However, due to its narrow therapeutic window,the blood concentration of the user needs to be monitored frequently, which brings great inconvenience to the patient. The research and development of new coumarin anticoagulants with better use effect and fewer side effects has become a research hotspot. This article reviews the latest research progress of coumarin compounds as anticoagulants, and prospects the future development of coumarin anticoagulants.
