摘 要:为了评价放射性废物化学组分对水泥固化的影响,利用凝结时间、水化热、XRD和水泥固化体抗压强度的表征,本文研究了不同掺量硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和尿素对硅酸盐水泥水化的影响。结果表明:(1)低掺量硝酸钠(≤2.0%)对水泥具有一定的促凝效果,随着掺量的提高,会明显延缓体系的水化速率,同时对固化体强度产生破坏作用;高掺量硝酸钠—水泥水化体系中检测到硝酸盐类钙钒石生成;(2)碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠(0%~2%)对固化体有明显的促凝效果;(3)亚硝酸钠、尿素(0%~2%)对固化体凝结时间影响不大。研究结果将为放射性废液水泥固化配方的研发提供数据基础和理论参考。In order to evaluate the effect of chemical components of radioactive waste on cement solidification, the effects of different amounts of sodium nitrate,sodium nitrite, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and urea on the hydration of Portland cement were studied by using the methods of setting time, hydration heat and XRD. The results show that:(1) low content of sodium nitrate(≤2.0 %) will accelerate the setting of cement. With the increase of content, it will significantly delay the hydration rate of cement and destroy the compressive strength of solidified samples. The formation of nitrate-ettringite was detected in the high content sodium nitrate cement hydration system;(2) Sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate(0 %~2 %) have obvious accelerating effect on cement.(3) Sodium nitrite and urea(0 %~2 %) have little effect on the setting time of cement. The research results will provide data basis and theoretical reference for the research and development of radioactive waste cement solidification.
