摘 要:本文采用红外光谱法结合二阶导数光谱法对金钱草及混伪品的红外光谱特征进行分析与鉴定。金钱草及混伪品的一维红外图谱和二阶导数红外图谱整体上较相似,但在2000~400 cm^(-1)范围内的峰形、峰位和峰强度有一定的差异。红外光谱反映了金钱草及其混伪品中黄酮及黄酮苷类、酯类、多糖、酚类等芳香化合物特征,不同品种这些化合物的组成及含量有一定的差异。本法具有准确、简便、直观等优点,适合金钱草及混伪品的鉴别与区分,为金钱草及其制剂开发和临床合理用药提供基础。The infrared spectral characteristics of Lysimachiae herba and its adulterants were analyzed and identified by infrared spectroscopy combined with second derivative spectroscopy. The IR spectra and second derivative infrared spectra of the five species were similar on the whole,but the peak shape, peak position and peak intensity of some absorption peaks still had certain distinctions in the range of 2000~400 cm^(-1). The infrared spectrum reflected the characteristics of flavonoids, flavonoid glycosides, esters, polysaccharides, phenols and other aromatic compounds. The composition and content of these compounds are different in different species. Infrared spectroscopy combined with second derivative spectroscopy is accurate, simple and intuitive, which is suitable for the identification of Lysimachiae herba and its adulterants. The results provide a basis for the development of Lysimachiae herba and its preparations and clinical rational usage.
