摘 要:本文通过了解氯化物的来源、作用、超标危害、检测方法以及污泥样品测定前处理方法,综合分析对比后,选择了合适的检测方法用于测定城市污水处理厂经板宽压滤机处理后的脱水污泥中的水溶性氯化物的含量。污泥样品中加适量的去离子水混合,放入超声仪超声混匀后,再用磁力搅拌器充分搅拌,将污泥中的可溶性氯化物全部溶解在水中,试样泥水经干滤纸过滤后,收集滤液,采用硝酸银滴定法测定滤液中的氯化物含量,从而得出污泥中的氯化物含量。该方法的相对偏差≤1.97%,加标回收率为97.2%~102.1%,准确度和精密度都较好。In this paper, through understanding the source, function, over-standard harm, detection method of chloride and the pretreatment method of sludge sample, after comprehensive analysis and comparison, a suitable method was chosen to determine the content of water soluble chloride in the dewatered sludge of Sewage Treatment treated by plate width filter press. The sludge samples were mixed with proper amount of deionized water, mixed with ultrasonic equipment, and then mixed with Magnetic stirrer to dissolve all the water-soluble chloride in the sludge in the water, the chloride content in the filtrate was determined by silver nitrate titration, and the chloride content in the sludge was obtained. The relative deviation of the method is less than 1.97 %, and the recovery with standard addition is 97.2 %~102.1 %, with high accuracy and precision.
