摘 要:为准确判断水平井注采井网优势通道发育程度,针对性开展调剖体系优选及工艺参数设计,实现对优势通道高效封堵。根据渤海B油田水平井生产动态数据得到水油比及其导数与时间的双对数曲线,初步判断优势通道类型;通过优势通道识别软件对水窜通道实现定量分析;结合示踪剂解释及数模结果,进一步计算优势通道体积。根据计算结果开展封窜体系优选实验并对工艺参数进行优化,形成了针对高强度优势通道的封窜体系及工艺设计方法,并实现了在海上油田的现场应用,取得了良好的措施效果,表明优势通道量化表征及模拟方法可为封窜体系优选及段塞用量等工艺参数设计提供理论依据。In order to accurately judge the development degree of dominant channels of horizontal well pattern,profile control system and process parameter to realize efficient plugging of dominant channels.Based on the production dynamic data of horizontal wells in Bohai B oilfield,the water-oil ratio and the double logarithmic curve of its derivative versus time are obtained,and the type of dominant channel is initially judged;through the dominant channel identification software,the water channeling channel is quantitatively analyzed;combined with the tracer interpretation and numerical model results,the volume of the dominant channel is further calculated.Based on the results of the dominant channel analysis,we carried out experiments to optimize the sealing system and process parameters,and formed a sealing system and process design method for high-strength dominant channels,and realized the field application in offshore oil fields,achieving good results.The quantitative characterization and simulation methods of dominant channels can provide a theoretical basis for optimization of channeling sealing system and process parameters.
